• El Cid

• Zona Norte(North Zone)
In a preliminary stage, it is the youngest development area of Mazatlan. This is an area offering quietness-surrounded spaces. Here the Diamond Beach development is being built. To some visionaries, this is the ideal zone for big time investment at the moment.
• Zona Sur (South Zone)
